Last class will be MMA on Friday, December 16. Then, we will return for our first class of 2012 with BJJ on Tuesday, January 3.

After coming up short in his first match by 2 points, he rallied with a beautiful triangle in the next.  Congrats!

Prof. Marcio was humbled by this promotion, but to his students, his teachers, & his friends Marcio’s dedication to spreading the art of jiu-jitsu is evident and this is well deserved!

The new time will be from 730pm to 930pm. This should work out better anyway for those of you who are always running late on Friday ! :-)
